youth exchanging, joint cruises, regatta, sport events organising, etc.
Enabling to mutual use of yachts between clubs for sailing on club's reservoirs. From PKM side it is possible to make cruises on our units also on the east. PKM would be also interested in possibility of free stop-overs, and eventually enabling backups for organising training cruises.
Also mutual promotion of cities and regional co-operation

I. Skill-sharing
1. PKM's sailors want to practically train in range of sailing skills on tides water of the North Sea. In order to do it they expect WVH to enable the Polish yacht to take a stopping place free of charge in yacht's port in Brema and to make use of media (water, electricity, etc)
2. PKM is offering WVH's sailors:
a. the same possibility of the use of their marina in Gdansk
b. the use of their yacht in Brema for training targets between voyages
3. WVH's yachtsmen want to arrive at Gdansk with their (sailing boat) centerboard to sail on the Bay of Gdansk and internal water. The want to have possibility of safe location for their tents and access to the media.
Both sides agreed on that their expectations are possible to realize in the nearest navigation season.

II. Innovation path
1. PKM and WVH accept that it is crucial to win Union funds for:
a. sailing training teenagers (theoretical courses and sea training: Bremen's on the Baltic and Gdansk's on the North Sea)
b. to finance costs of rides and stays of teenagers from poor families
c. to organize together sailing voyages with mixed crews on the Baltic and the North Sea to be held as part of the exchange of young people from "sister cities" Gdansk and Brema.
2. WVH declares to pilot training programmes the realization of procedure of to win [sb] over unions funds for projects mentioned above.

III. New synergies- new topics for further cooperation
PKM has owned the wooden yacht from 1932 - a gaff cutter s/y "Pirat"-built in Hamburg in 1908 according to construction of well-known designer Öertz. It is valuable monument of a boatbuilding art.
New joint project can include:
1. carrying out an historical research in case of fully cognition and presenting documents testifying the object's history.
2. the yacht's renovation - the object is a certificate of cultural, European legacy 3. to win union resources to realize the project
